Well, I finally found the 2-tone Red Vibe dropped with 18" gold rims and exhaust today!!! I have seen it numerous times on base, but I have never been able to find it where I can get to it. It was always coming in the base as I was leaving or going the opposite direction. Today I went to the exchange during lunch(rare occurence), and as I was parking I was like hmm, there's a red Vibe. Then I got out and said, Wow, that's The Red Vibe! Just then I saw a pregnant girl walking up to it, so I reached in my center console and pulled out my last printed flyer and walked over to her. I handed her the flyer and told her I had been looking for her car everywhere. Apparently her husband usually has the car and works on base. She said they bought the Vibe the way it was for $10k!!!, and was actually wanting to get rid of all the aftermarket stuff and go back to stock! I gave her my cell # and told her to call me as I have the stock wheels and springs so maybe we could work soemthing out. I told her to have her or her husband check out the site even if they were planning to go back to stock. She said they bought it in WA the way it was from a guy who had gotten it at like 19% and couldn't afford the payments. Apparently he had shown it before. It HAD neons, but apparently on their way down from WA they hit a tire tread in the road and it ripped off their entire neon set-up and they were dragging it behind their car until they could stop! Hopefully the guy calls me tonight. Now if I could get the idiots attention in the Satellite Vibe with black rims, tint, exhaust, and system.... He ran from me when I was trying to catch him after I saw him finally one day. I was trying to stay with him and get his attention, but when he jumped on the freeway I just let him go since I had no idea where he was headed. I thought he was a ghost. Numerous people kept telling me they had seen a Vibe that looked almost identical to mine, but I had never seen it. Then one day on my way home from work I finally spotted it, but I guess he thought I was trying to show off or something so he wouldn't look at me so I could get him to stop. Anyways, maybe we'll have a new member soon!

I hate people like that! I ran into a guy on Gratiot with a black GT with tint and Borla exhaust just like me. His windows were cracked and I got next to him after driving 15 over the speed limit (he was cruisin) I turned off overdrive to let him here the exhaust and maybe get his attention but he never looked at me. I kept looking to see if I could get his atteniton, I know he heard the exhaust...after about 2 minutes he exited the street and I couldn't get over fast enough to follow. Seriously, how many Vibes do you see on a daily basis with any kind of money put into aftermarket stuff? On top of that small numer how many do you see with Borla exhaust!!! I think that should amount to something, like maybe a thumbs up or a nob or even a glance over!!!!
