I wish I could do this...

Out of curiosity, I hopped in the parent's '04 Impala SS to see how many miles they have on it...They've had that thing since July of last year or so - yet it still has less miles on it than I drive in a month! I'm jealous! Of course, on their other two vehicles they do maybe 12K a year, so this thing certainly wasn't intended to be a daily driver. The others are used to go back and forth to work, while this nice supercharged Impala sits in the garage all lonely and stuff. I feel the need to borrow that thing and get the soot blown out of it. I don't think I've ever seen mileage accumulate this slowly before. lol! Maybe on an old car that's been restored or whatnot, but seeing mileage this low on a new car... What's the least amount of mileage you guys have seen people put on their cars?

It NEED'S to be blown out, because they are having Cat Con problems with those cars. Plus, make sure the Supercharger oil reserve is checked at least every 3rd oil change (the supercharger has it's own oil reserve of less than a pint of oil) if it ever gets low or leaks out, the bearings coke up VERY Fast!!

My mother-in-law's 2000 Buick Century just turned over 10,000 miles. She bought it in November, 1999. It rarely goes out of town.

Didn't know that! I'll definitely let dad know about it... Hopefully the dealer has been checking that when they change oil. Hell, it's already had at least 2 oil changes so far. I'm going to check the owner's manual PDF for info on this...

My Father has an '04 Envoy that he bought last July. So far he has about 2300 miles on it. The last 200 or so have been because we've had tons of rain and he can't ride the Harley.

*drool* A Fiero GT? Loved those cars! Man, if he trades it, I wish I could afford to buy that thing! That's one of a kind for sure, not too many around anymore and even fewer with that kind of mileage.

My Grandmother has a 89 Olds with 34K - church car only.My Dad has a 02 Toyota Tundra with only 29K on it - he bought it new early 02 (3 years old to him). He has put over 100K total on 3 different motorcycles in the same time though. Man, he is enjoying retirement.

Although mine is not retired, your Dad sounds like my Dad with his Harley. It's quite a site to him riding to work in a suit and tie.
