Mr. Grille and Perfect Fit pics

Just got done installing the 3 piece grills from Mr. Grille and a Perfect Fit hood deflector on the Vibe today. I wanted a little something to liven up the front end of the car. It was kinda getting a little bland after looking at it everyday for almost 2 years.

Side shot of the grills. The lower one confused me for a while, it doesn't fit completely up against the center pillar. Hope I didn't install it wrong. It is on as far as it will go without breaking something.

I thought I heard somebody mention that they wanted a closeup of the grills. It is a little blurry, but there was more space in between the slots than I expected.

Yeah. I wasn't sure how it would look on the Shadow. It looks damn good. Nice install.

Thanks guys. I really like the look a lot. I was a little worried after i bought them that I wouldn't like it, but thankfully I was wrong. And Inder's pics helped put my mind at ease.

...or any 2-tone! I'm not sure, but I don't think anyone with a 2-tone has tried the new grilles yet.Wondering how they would look with my Neptune as well. The top probably wouldn't be too bad, but the lower grilles, I dunno. Not sure how well the chrome will mesh with the grey on my 2-tone.But the brightwork will blend in well with my cheeseball chrome wheel covers I have installed on my steelies for winter.

Merzbow (Paul) has a 2 tone with the 3 piece on his. I haven't seen in person yet, but I'm curious to see how it looks.

I haven't hada chance to post the 3-piece on my cardomain but I do have the 4-piece on there. The grills are probably the major attention grabber on my Vibe next to the underbody kit. I love how the bottom grill just fits in there perfect don't you Red?

Yeah. It kinda threw me for a little bit. I thought it would fit further in close to the pillar, but guess not. It looks great either way, and it ain't going nowhere with 4 tiestraps holding it in.

Are these billet grills just zip tied to the oem black grills? I was thinking of getting this grill, looks real good!

Yeah they ae just held in by zip ties. Not very sophisticated, but it works.

I get that a lot for some reason. I had my internet handle since '97 so any similarities to the Vibe color naming convention is purely a coincidence. Or was it fate of some kind....(theme to Twilight Zone) DO DO DO DO DO DO DO DO

Yea, I was looking into getting some of those grills, but I don't think it would look too great on a Fusion...

I love the look of the Mr. Grille inserts and want to add them to my Satellite Vibe. However I don't think a 3-piece kit would work. I have a 2004 and it has a divider on the lower grill. Is the divider easily removed?

The three piece grill just fits on overtop of the pillar in the lower grill, no removal or cutting required. And they did make a 4 piece as well if you wanted to go that route.

Has anyone installed these grills on a 2005 Vibe? If so, how are they?
