Hrm, found something interested, although it's probably been talked about here. The Toyota Voltz, cancelled in Japan because of low sales figures (8k/yr istead of 24k/yr). Guess what sells here doesn't work well over there.I wonder where else it was sold. That's a new zealand site I think.Doesn't look like any cool parts for our cars at all. No nifty taillights or anything. Has turn signals in the fenders though. Also found maybe the replacement for the Voltz in japan? The toyota Caldina. I can't read japanese but I found some pictures! I like the center console in the car. Also looks like a version or two of this car is turbo'd as well (3S-GTE). The other motores were 1AZ and 1ZZ. I want to swap this 3S-GTE into my vibe now! http://toyota.jp/Showroom/All_...ldina/Lots of high res pics here: http://toyota.jp/Showroom/All_....htmlClock the thingies at the top and then move the mouse over the stuff on the right. Seems to be wallpaper of some sort. Seems there are lots of other pictures else where on the site too, you don't have to understand it to click on things Edit: I suppose I should have done a search first. Seems there are a few topics on it around the fora.

The inside looks so weird with the wheel and controls on the right side of the car

Another vibe-ish vehicle I found, from a search on Voltz. Appears to be a vibe minivan. "Avensis Verso".http://www.toyota-europe.com/s...verso/

a friend of mine from australia has a great story...he was at a gym working out one evening and met a an attractive woman. they really hit it off and at the end of the workout, set up a date! so as they were both walking out to their cars, his was closer, he was so happy about getting a date, he forgot he was in North America. So with the woman watching and wondering, he unlocked his car and got in the passenger side and shut the door. She kept walking and gave a strange look...once he realized that he wasn't sitting behind the steering wheel, he just sat there for awhile in embarassment until she was out of sight...then got out and walked around to the correct side!I think he still got the date....no doubt the whole event was a bit of an ice breaker!

(removed), that's solid I love Australia and have never even been there! The Voltz has beautiful cladding. It's shiny The replacement like Damron said, the rest isgorgeous but hte rear end is repulsive. I think it is too long as well. To Vibe/Voltz is ALMOST the perfect length sooo they shouldn't have screwed with it (even though it's not a Voltz) lol.

3S-GTE is an engine that's been around forever. I almost bought a 92 Toyota MR2 with a J-Spec 3S-GTE engine swap in it. It was beautiful, ran at around 10 psi, and completely restored. They only wanted 9,000 for it, too. If anyone wants to buy any imports that are built with J-Spec engines/transmissions, I can find a large number of Silvia's, 300ZX TT's, MR2's, etc.
