Dealer giving me lies?

Ok, so I go into the dealer to ask about the cladding replacement including the side skirts (I want the '04 two-toen side skirts). So after about 15 minutes of walking all over the dealer I finally find out the "real" body shop is a half mile down the road. I get there and give the guy the TSB Nick posted on this site on the cladding and he checks it out. Says the cars too dirty to tell if they can replace it under warentee. So I wash the car a few days later and go back on Monday. The guy comes out to look at it and I dust it off with a cloth. He looks and determines that he can replace the cladding on the bottom of the doors in the rear but says nothing about the side skirts. So I say what about those? He says hes not sure if they can and then discards the question. I said that I saw some of the replacement side skirts on some of the '04s in the back of the bodyshop when I came in and he says "Yeah" and nothing more.I dunno if he's screwing me out of the sideskirts. They are definately damaged with rock chips on the very back near the rear tire and in teh front right behind hte front tire. There sn't a whole lot of damage in the middle of the piece.Anyways, when I go back to get the doors panels replaced I want to prepare an arguement to get those sideskirts replaced under the warentee since it expires in June. I know that if he doesn't give me the new side rocker panels that it will just keep getting chipped by rocks because the '04 panel is meant to stop that with it's flat bodykit style rather than curving under the car like mine does. Are there any documents I can take with me or perhaps some advice I can have to deal with this guy or am I the one that's incorrect and the side skirts are really not covered by the warentee? The ground effects I am looking to get as a replacement are in the pic attatched (I also posted it in te for sale forum).

If the TSB says replace it all, they need to replace it all. You're correct that it's the new side-rockers that would be preventing most of the sand-dusting on the rear. He's being a putz, in my opinion..

Does your TSB have part numbers on it? If so the the rockers should be listed...

Merz, I dealt with the same thing at my dealer. I got fed up with it and contacted Pontiac directly. Trust me, all you are asking for is a headache with the dealership. I called my dealership 3 times with no response about the same issue, I contacted Pontiac and told them about my issue with the cladding and the dealership. The dealership called me the next day and said they would replace it, no questions asked. It took awhile for the cladding to come in but they did replace it. I'd say take the issue up with Pontiac customer service.
