Hey everyone, was under the hood checking things out yesterday and noticed that I lost the vibramount screw that holds my intake in place. Can that be replaced at a local store or chain store or can I just use any 10mm bolt to sure it up? Thanks. Jim

I forgot to mention the problem with losing vibra-mounts on the 04 Injen intakes! You're the 6th person I know of who's lost it, including myself. It's better not to use a solid 10mm stud replacement. The vibration would be horrible plus you'd risk ripping your intake off the tb since there wouldn't be any "give" in the tube mount for the engine to rock back and forth under torque. That part is available at auto parts stores. Sometimes they're called "isolators". While you're out there, make sure you pick up a washer to go over it as well as 2 nuts. Tighten the nuts on top of eachother that way there's no chance of it shaking off on its own again.

ok, the two local stores didn't carry it. Autozone and PepBoys had no idea what I was talking about and wanted to sell me a exhaust bracket..LOL Injenonline.com had them for ten bucks and free shipping. I ordered two just in case What about using some lock tight or someting on the threads to keep it secure?

Too bad the local stores didn't have it. I've seen them at Pep Boys in the "HELP!" brand isle. Locktite might work, but getting a second 10mm nut is cheaper and is more secure than using locktite.
