I was told to use a toothpick and build the paint up and then let it drive and buff it or wax it. My car is 4 months old and i have 3 huge chips on the hood from rocks and of course I didn't get the touch-up advice before I did. I'm convinced the paint is also bad on the car.Hope this helps.sp

I use a very small brush about the size of a tooth pick.I build it up then use a clear coat to make it even. The best paint I have found is the touch up bottles at walmart. They even have hard to find colors. If you do a good job you wont be able to see it.I figure I have over 100 chip's in my hood. You would think I live on a dirt road or drive the highway alot.If you need help with the touch up work, I'll do some demos at michigan meet.If anyone is interested!

I'm about to fix a bunch of small chips on my abyys GT. I'm going to bust out my air brush I think. I'll let you know how it goes. ( I realize not everyone has an airbrush, but it will be a good test anyway.)
