GMAC has some killer rebates going on, along with factory rebates. I'll get pics when we pick it up on Friday

It wasnt easy to get. The dealer we bought from doesnt even stock GT's, that's why they had to get one from another dealer. And there was only like 4 in the entire southeast in the color we wanted.

Damn...you can't even get your cinderella license until 16 here, full priveleges at 17.And frankly, IMHO, it should be 18!

Good luck, hope you enjoy it, GT's are a lot of fun. But that is not the REAL Jason Voorhees, the real Jason did not appear in that picture(movie). My two, off topic cents. WELCOME

I know, I'm a big Friday the 13th fan from way back. He's still the coolest looking Jason though.

Good choice for a GT...the six-speed rocks, but the surprise at 6000 rpms is even better.

What's the break-in period on this thing?

by syclnjr
in the owners manual I think that it states that there is no real breakin period but 500 miles you shouldn't run it at the same speed. Very it a bit if going down the highway. I didn't know that you could just get the midgate spoiler on them. And nothing against you but I absolutely hate the new front ends. It doesn't really fit at all to me. I thought that it would grow on me but it hasn't yet. It is kindof funny that SEMA had the 05's blowin up all over the place. Congrats though. I wish that I could have driven a new car at 15. Later

Front end doesnt matter to me, a week ago I didn't even know about this car so I didnt have time to get attached to either. Yeah actually it was supposed to have both spoilers, but it didn't for some reason. The dealer we bought it from is going to try to get the other one and put it on. My mom made a big deal out of it when we picked it up too, I don't really care.
