http://www.cosmoracing.com/pro...d=792Anyone install one of these in their '05 Vibe yet? Any problems?I don't have the smog pump to worry about on mine. Is there a place for the vacuum tube that attaches to the stock air box? Thanks,Brian

Yes. The new tube does come with a tube sticking out of the intake for the vacuum hose. Then, the MAF sensor just screws into that as well. But from what I heard, there are certain fitment problems with the Cosmo.Inder

I don't know about the short ram buy I bought a Cosmo CAI for a 04 GT is does not fit at all and won't fit.. and if you could get it to fit it won't work cause the one they sent me did not have all the correct vacume hose's. I bought an Injen and it works great!!!

Quote, originally posted by BlueCrush »Please elaborate about the fitment problems, anyone? The only problem I had installing the short ram on my '03 was thatthe filter itself was hitting on the battery hold down rod. A little tweakingand bending was all it took to fix. It's not an install and go type of thingyou have to work with it. But it will work. And it sounds great...!

Dynomax Super Turbo Part#17736It sounds similar to this but a little louder and a little better:http://www.dynomax.com/audio/track19.wavAs you can see by the link to the pic below that I had to have an extension tube to connect to the stock pipe after the stock muffler was cut off.
