well talk about a dumping last night, Woodstock and london area we got a foot over night and throughout this morning. The lot is finally cleared for the most part of the snow but more is expected to fall tonight. I took a pic of my car aka the vibedrift this morning before I dug it out. will post those up later.

You and me both Phil -- our poor Vibe had a good 10" of snow on it this morn when I came out to go to work. I however, didn't think of taking a pic before digging in 2 hours of snowblowing/shovelling later I was able to make it out!I love snow! It's about time we had a good dumping!

this dump on would be awsome other then the fact that I am flying out tomorrow and don't want weather delays. London was pretty much shut down today so I was told and on the news. And snow is expected tonight still... I was dug out and cleaned off the car in about 20 mins, no streets were cleaned though but I powered through no prob even with my car being lowered.

It snowed about 6" here in metropolitan detroit. I had the idea to take a pic, but my brother took the digicam. well, anyways, i didn't get stuck. but my brother's friend in a WRX. Yes, a WRX got stuck! My brother gone to help his friend get out. hehe. shows the vibe isn't a bad snow vehicle.Inder

you can tell it was windy when all this started last night, there are icicles hanging from the lot lamps and they are all curved to the east and about 3-4 feet long. I wish I brought my camera to work, had planned to cause it would make a cool shot.

I'd rather have the snow than what happened here in Ottawa. Entire streets are flooded because the snowbanks from previous snows were never cleared and today it poured all day - staring with freezing rain. Oh and now we're under a flash freeze warning. My boots were completely soaked half a block from work.

that sounds bad, well with the temp dropping from -3 to -7 now... everything is icing up. Here are pics I took.This morning.

And after I got stuck trying to get in the driveway, only to finally get up the driveway and the room mates come out. "Oh can you move your car?" I just about snapped. The city cleaned the street but turned at the dead end where I am but didn't clear a thing. So you can imagine the whole turn around is full of snow which I had to plow through.So I backed out the drive way and they got out, then I spun back up the driveway and then shoveled everything out... maybe the wrong order to do things but I wanted off the street.After I was done.

Love winter? We got about 7 inches of snow overnight where I live north-west of Indianapolis. 100 miles farther south-east toward Cincinnati OH, they got 34 inches of snow!
