Wow, 800 meters high, 160 stories?! That would eclipse the current tallest building, Taipei 101 (509 meters high, 101 stories)....but why?

I know.Personally, I think it's a waste of money. Seems pointless. No problems building a new building, but why so big? It's unnecessary.Human nature I 'spose...
