Ouch. The creases look too sharp to completely restore. It can probably be popped out, but you'll need to remove the bumper to do it. Even with it removed, you're gonna need a lot of muscle to pop it. If you do pop it out, you'll probably still have some crinkling from where the creases were. Just like as if you were to inflate a smashed water bottle. You may be able to get it sanded, bondo'd, and repainted but it'll probably cost almost as much as getting a new bumper.

This part of the bumper is plastic. It will pop out somewhat, but you will be able to tell it was there. However it will look much better, and save you the bodyshop bill, till someone else hits it. If you can have the luck of a very warm day you may get very lucky and it will relax to almost beck to normal, then polish the skuffs to look better, but they won't entirely go away. My civic has been hit in the rear corners twice and still looks OK, due to warm days. If you have a garage, you may be able to put a heat lamp close to it , but not on it, you only need to warm the air around it, and get it to relax. If you lay under the edge of the bumper you should be able to push this mostly back out if it is warm enough outside.I just noticed where you are. You should be able to let it sit in the sun for several hours and push it mostly back out after it is warm.

Ouch! That hurts bud!If you decide to replace it, maybe you can find a junkyard somewhere with a totalled fusion and just buy the bumper from them...

I remember when some dumb @$$ backed into my car in a parking lot...of course Michigan is a no fault state so as long as my car wasn't parked, his insurance didn't have to pay a penny If I were you I would hire an assasisin to find and eliminate who ever hit you lol...shh I'm really not a bad person Good luck
