Just wondering if the chatroom worked and if people still use it.

yes and not much I check in there from time to time, and don't find anyone in there. If you want to chat, two things that have worked for me in the past:-log in, use the /beepall and /visual commands so if someone else joins you'll be sure to notice, and then stay logged in for a long time. That way you'll catch it if someone else stops in.- post up a thread asking for people to meet in the chat room at some designated pre planned time, some of us will show up.

Would it be a plausible notion if we were to set various times to chat? (i.e.) Weekdays @ 8 p.m., Weekends @ 7 p.m.?

I was doing some random searches, and tried "birthday". A post came up reffering to the Genvibe 2nd Birthday. I went in, and it had a chatroom. There may be other chatrooms as well, but that one remains to be the only one I could find.

That is the "official" chat. I haven't seen many people in there for about a month though.

I'd sure be interested in regularly scheduled chats--that would be fun!
