Factory Ignition Kill?

Hi Everyone,I have heard some conflicting statements from my dealership.Did the 2004 Vibe (base) come with an ignition kill factory installed?Thanks.

If you got the "Protection Package", then it has it. "Protection Package" is Side-Impact Airbags and Theft-Deterrent Alarm System. The Theft-Deterrent Alarm System includes the Ignition Kill.
