After setting the cruise flash your high beams, if the engine surges, you have the problem. You will need to take your car to the dealership and get a new ECU installed......... The part number for the ECU is 89666-02162 You may have to pressure the dealership a bit as this just came across the wire on Friday 11/1, so it is VERY new.

What do they mean by surging ahead? Does the car just keep accellerating? Geez that would be rather alarming!

Cruise control is standard on GTs in Canada
