Okay, I've come down to this for my first upgrade. Pioneer TS-A1680R 4-Way Speakers in front and back. Also, a pioneer GM-4000F to drive the new speakers. Both items have great reviews on CarDomain.com. For right now I was thinking of a "line level input" into my factory deck. Thoughts? By the way, where should I mount the amp? I was thinking under the passenger seat.

If it'll fit under the passenger seat, then go for it. It's fairly well protected under there. Just make sure nobody with wet/muddy shoes sits in the back seat and puts their feet up on it!You can get the line level converters for the radio. It'll probably cost around $40, whether or not you get one unit to do four channels, or two units (some will do two, some do four).
