Razzi kit for Aveo and Malibu, NO VIBE!!!

I don't get it, after everyone wanting a body kit on this forum and many of us, including myself writing different aftermarket companies, Razzi who I wrote to awhile back just released a body kit for the 2004 Chevy Aveo and MalibuAveohttp://www.razzi.com/recentrel...shtmlMalibuht ... .shtmlCome on you've got to be kidding me the Aveo and Malibu. Out of all the cars out there that people would actually put a kit on, the 2004 Malibu! I sold car's (Chevy and Buick) over the summer and I did not see one performance/tuner/aftermarket go fast driver buy a Malibu that would even consider putting a body kit on there Malibu let alone even know what a body kit is. And Razzi released the sedan before the MAXX, I give up on this whole tuner world crap, I’m buying something old and European I rather deal with Lucus electronics.I’ve waiting so long for a body kit for my Vibe that I don’t even like body kits anymore, Oh well, maybe someday.

Now tell me if this isn’t a bit ridiculous “Razzi Ground Effects is proud to introduce a new Ground Effects package for the New Chevrolet 2004 AVEO. The NEW Chevrolet Aveo is proving to be one of Chevrolet's "Hottest" selling vehicles for the younger buyer. Many Chevrolet Dealers and Aveo owners have already been asking for the New '04 AVEO Ground Effects - NOW IS THE PERFECT TIME TO START SHOWING THIS NEW RAZZI MODEL!”I give up. “young buyer” “Hottest selling” we sold maybe 4 all summer and not one was to a “young buyer”.

It's a plastic can on wheels, what's rediculous are the people who WANT them.

I emailed Razzi and let them know I'm not happy with their choices. Unless Enterprise starts putting bodykits on their rental fleet I don't see these 2 kits selling very well.

(removed) !?!? That makes alot of sense because both cars are high indemand right(sarcasm)? I'm upset with the evolution of the Malibu...turned a powerful muscle car into a puny sedan I will NEVER EVER buy one of those. As far as the Aveo is concerned...WHAT ARe THEY STUPID OR SOMETING?!?!? I've only seen 3 Aveos total and countless Vibes, why the hell would they pick those cars?? (removed), I'm in the same mindset you're in GT-X. I've waited so long for a body kit I don't even care, or want one anymore.

well i dont know what sales are like in the states, but here in the martimes(Canada)......the aveo is one hot seller....they are everywhere.and the optra's too.......so it does make sense for them to make the kit for this car......since so many young ppl can afford this car......now the malibu that is a different story.....i think they see the vibe and matrix as older ppl cars in there 35's and above, and alot of women are buying vibes and trixs..so maybe thats y they have not rushed out to make a kit for it.........or even maybe the car is a hard platform to make a sweet looking kit for,who knows ,but that is my 2 cents.

lol, it's allways a big insult to you and your car when you see a Vibe with child seats, cookie boxes, blankets and clothes and muddy boots on the seats and greasy fingerprints all over the windows, and mud caked on from the rain showers two months before (removed). Nothing against people with kids, but I hate it when people don't clean their cars, regaurdless of what it is or who drives it, atleast have the respect and descency to keep it clean looking As for older people and Vibes yeah that's true lol. Only see a few guys driving them and even fewer people my age. A 60 year old lady down the street has a white Vibe with dark dark tints on it. It looks awsome as hell...you wouldnt think older laddies would care about what kidna car they drive ( I know she has the tint for skin related issues ) but everytime I drive by she allways checks my Vibe out so maybe I should tell her about this website? Hey man, we got a couple of 60 year olds here on this site. There's nothin wrong with that. I jus hate it when I see a women drivin a GT cuz the only reason I couldn't get a GT was because my mom was too lazy to drive a stick. Which is weird because she doesn't even drive the car.Inder

What I found disturbing about Malibu bodykits: With the last generation Malibu, there were dealers around here selling a "Malibu SS." Basically, you take a Malibu LS, slap on this tacky body kit, leave the LS emblem on the trunk and put two "Malibu SS" decals on the front doors... (removed)? But the best part? Dual chrome exhaust tips! The bodykit had places cut for exhausts on either side. So, what did they do with the second exhaust? It was turned into a pseudo-exhaust, of course! They put one tip on the left pipe, and hung the other friggin' tip on the right, which was attached to um, NO PIPE!

Even though my dream car was the Vibe, when I needed to get a new car, my dad arranged for me to come home and test drive a couple--I drove a brand new Aveo first, then the Vibe I now have. (removed)--it really WAS like being in a little cracker box on wheels! My mom, who is oh-so-practical, went with me on the test drives, and I figured she'd say she liked the Aveo better, because it was CHEAPER, but even SHE told me not to get that car! I think I've seen ONE driving around in my town of 120,000 people--to me that does not make a "hot selling car".

The only Vibe I ever see is, um, mine... Nobody here has or wants one... But the Aveo, there is always a good chance of seeing one out there somewhere. A couple are running around town with tacky bodykits, wheels, and stuff...
