I would guess France, mainly because I heard that quite some time ago. The city of lights, french kiss, wine etc etc.

Seriously? Quebec? I don't find anything sexy about Quebec (sorry!) of all the Canadian Provinces. I'd have to say BC if it were Canadian provinces.

Oh, I thought that this meant where the sexiest people were, not how often on average people in each country do it.The country with the sexiest looking women has to be Iceland. WOW, no wonder all the ice on that island melted! I've had this debate with some of the guys here before, and the Canadians here go nuts if anyone even suggests that a woman from any country besides Canada is highly attractive. Jeeze guys, look beyond our shores once in a while!

I have been to France a number of times, and the reason that they are the most active is probably because they are the only ones who can stand each other.....especially Parisiennes. And only 137 times a year? I wonder who they polled over here....senior citizens? Sounds biased to me......

137 is only twice a day for just over 2 months. That's once in the morning and once before bed. Add a nooner in there and you are there in a month and a half. i don't think that is too far off at all, even at my old age of almost 30!

I think Brazil might be, it is hot, the girls wear almost nothing at the beach, and have you ever seen those parades they have down there.Definatly Brazil
