Frosty Vibe in MI?

Hey there guys and gals,Jus wonderin, was anyone from Ontario with a Frosty colored Vibe out here in MI in Downtown Detroit? My cuzin saw a Frosty colored one with molded fenders, 18 black wheels with a silver polished lip, and racing seats? My cuzin said that he saw it at the corner of Warren and Woodward in Detroit in front of the Wayne State University Welcome Center.Inder
