For those of you with Gmail accounts

You can now use your Gmail account as a web-based drive. It will actually show up in My Computer as a drive and you can read/write very quickly. I made a special account for the sole purpose of using it as a storage folder.

I have been wanting a gmail account for some time, but don't know how to sign up for one. I guess I missed the beta?

Is that g-mail drive thing an official google thing or a hack by an outside party?I don't see anything in gmail about making it a virutal drive...

I just go my Gmail account invite from a friend. I like it a lot so far. Switched from Hotmail.

Thanks for the invite and the welcome! I just purchased my Vibe on Sept 29th. Got a fabulous deal on it. I traded in my Mazda RX-8. I was active on

I traded the RX-8 because my wife and I are wanting to have kids and I want her to be able to stay home from work. Also, I drive 60-70 miles a day so I needed something that get's better gas mileage. It was a great car.Here's a pic...

I have been impressed so far with the Vibe GT. Although it obiviously does not have the same horsepower, it is a high-reving, generally fun to drive car.

when you're logged into gmail, scroll down the left side. it shows all your folders, then any "labels" you use for sorting, then below that it says "invite 6 friends to gmail."

I've only been with Gmail for about a month, so maybe I don't qualify to invite others because of the short time I have been a member?
