It is this time of year again, thinking about Winter Tire for the upcoming Québec / Canada Winter. For me, with a new Vibe 2005, it is a first, I know I need P195/65R15 Winter tires (I don't want to use my 16" mag's for winter, and buying a set of 15" steel wheel is probably the way to go).Thinking that I'm going to keep my Vibe a long time (it is purchased, not leased) I probably want to buy good Winter Tires (something that will do 3 winters, perhaps 4, and could possibly be use in Spring & Summer to finish them off). What do you suggest (price before sale & environment taxes):Toyo GO-2: $115 CDN or $125 CDN balanced & installed.Michelin X-Ice: $120 CDN or $130 CDN balanced & installed.Kumho KW19: $87 CDN or $97 CDN balanced & installed.Bridgetone Blizzak WS-50: $120 CDN or $130 CDN balanced & installed.I am also quoted $45 CDN/wheel for 15" Brand New Toyota Steel Wheel (not a jobber).Or do you have other suggestions ?

I have Kumho ultra high performance tires on now and they're stellar...i'd venture to guess their winter tires are just as nice...i personally will be buying green diamond tires...i think i may be the firsto n the board to get them, so when i do, and i get my first snow, i'll be sure to let y'all know how they are!
