Need GM Direct Number - Clutch Issues

Alright, i've had enough. I was driving back from Hilton Head Island today, from my Honeymoon, may I add. And as I was driving back to Conyers GA (Just outside Atlanta), I was going up about a half-degree slope, basically slightly uphill, going 75 with the cruise control in 6th gear. All the sudden, I hear what sounds like grooved pavement, then I realize it's louder. My GT was redlining in cruise control.I can NO LONGER go UPHILL, at any angle, without slipping, in anything other than 1st or 2nd gear. I had to drive 150 miles downshifting to 4th to get enough grab to keep speed up any incline. The dealership I want to said the clutch has a 12,000 mile warranty on it. I have 26,000, and I went to see them a few months ago at 22,000. I did get the extended warranty. I need some sort of phone number to get a fire burning, because I should NOT be having this kind of trouble. I drive normally, I don't stress it out. I hit lift maybe every third day. I don't ride the clutch, I sit in neutral at stop lights. This is not acceptable, and I need to find out who to call to get something done.. I don't have $500 above my $370 a month loan payment to put into this car simply to keep it running less than 1.5 years after buying it..Anyone? Please?

call 1-800-gm-driveThey will help you find the number you need. Just a little tip about talking to a customer service person. If you end up talking to someone about warrenty issues, make sure the person you are speaking too listens to you instead of going through the "practiced" expressions like "this must be very frustrating to you". If you get someone like that, just say you have to get off the phone and call back and talk to another person until you get someone that really helps you. It is a little bit if luck of the draw.I have had a number of arguments with GM about warrenty stuff and the GM phone agents can be a challenge if they don't really care to see your point of view.Good luck dude!
