So, I haven't been around much because I've been busy planning my wedding. Well, I'm back from the honeymoon (10 days in the Mayan Riviera, only slightly interrupted by Hurricane Ivan), and slowly coming back into normalcy.Many of you were requesting pictures of me in my dress, so here's some eye candy to satiate you all. Oh, and I guess my husband made it into the picture too LOL! All my wedding pictures have been taken hostage by my step-mom, so once I get them back, I can scan a couple more (don't tell my photographer, OK?).If I do say so myself, we clean up pretty good

Congrats and welcome to the club, not the Vibe club that is! Pics, I know things like that and we have to wait one more year to purchase our negatives from our photographer. Although he is retired in Florida right now, I better check in with him!

Hurricanes are drinks right?? Anyway, I know my wife is looking him up now.

Funny thing is, the first ad I saw for the ER season premier was in Mexico. Of all the NBC stations in the world, we got WDIV out of Detroit while we were in Mexico. The exact same one I watched on cable for the last 20 years here at home. Crazy coincidence.

Your wish is my command.I'm not always a beauty ... it took some work. My mom stopped in to check on the progress. (the curtains are closed because right outside the hotel room, the boys were playing golf, and I didn't want to see my future hubby, for fear of starting the waterworks!) Now, it's half-way legal ... the signing of the register. Me & the girls. Him & the boys. Mmmm .... cake!

Congrats! Nice photos! You and my brother were married on the same day. The photos of you and your bridesmaids looks very similar to his wedding.

Congrats! Great pics outdoors! You were a beautiful bride! Were you married outdoors? (Sorry, I didn't read the rest of this thread) BTW, the link to the 'Gallery30' pic doesn't work for some reason.

We were married in an old movie theatre. It has just been renovated into a performing arts centre, and re-opened in June. We were the first wedding ever held there.Here was our view (except there were people in the seats!):I don't know why that link isn't working. I tried to check, but the whole website is unavailable right now. Probably down for maintenance or something.

Awesome theatre! We had a beautiful old movie theatre from the 1930's in our town that was renovated in the late 1980's. A short in the outdoor 'flicker' lighting caused a fire which totally destroyed the building in early 1999.I took the extreme liberty of photochopping your closeup photo posted above to lighten the shadows on your face. Hope you like the result.

We did some make-up while the curlers were doing it's thing, so it was a good multi-taking effort. My matron of honour is also my hair dresser, so that was an excellent perk.My hubby & I were living together when I bought the Vibe way back in '02. So, it's not like he's never driven it, but we each have our own car. I prefer the Vibe over the Jetta ... his Jetta feels like a tank, and I can never find a truly comfortable seat position so that my pantleg don't get all bunched up around my knee when I push in the clutch.
