Still Niagara falls same panoramic on daytime:I really enjoyed my 1-day (first time) business trip to Niagara Falls, must go back there soon!

Went back out to Portage today with an old family friend who was here visiting. Gorgeous day finally and got an awesome series of pics when a large piece of the glacier cavved. I'll try and put up some of the pics in sequence... so stay tuned over the next few days.

The International Space Station orbiting over central Indiana around 9:30 p.m. EDT on 08/25/201015 second time exposure @f2.8 on tripodASA 400Canon PowerShot A95 5MPYeah, I know. It's grainy 'cause of the high ASA, and the colors shifted drastically 'cause of the long exposure, but I wanted to be sure to capture an image. Next time it's clear, I'll bracket & use the better camera... blah blah blah

Very pretty. It was really cloudy here that night, but if you were patient enough you could see the eclipse thru a break in the clouds every ten minutes or so

that is some gorgeous scenery. I can't wait to move to the mountains. Don't ask which ones, we aren't in agreement yet on that one. Only that we want to move to a mountainous place with good hunting. You are so lucky to have that gorgeous scenery!
