do i have to disconnect the passenger side airbag before i change the cabin filter???

also, is it possible that by having never changed the cabin air filter i broke my AC? i got an estimate of $1000 to replace the AC and i'm almost wondering now if maybe a simple filter change will do the trick.

I bought these on ebay for my 2010 GT. They probably have less pleats and don't have any odor carbon, but for $7 each, they are better than nothing.

Happy to help! Much better than the rip off at the lube place I got my inspection done at. They wanted $49.99 to replace it! AC works great, I just need to get the car tinted to cut down on the heat it collects out in the sun.
