It used to be doubtful if we would meet the thousand mark by the 4/1 startup anniversary. Didn;t make it for 2nd, close on the thrid, beat it by a little for the fourth. The site seems to have accelerated in new members to be at the 800 mark with six months yet to go until the 5th GVC birthday

I noticed HARMLESSV8 was our "official" 5000th member a few days ago, congrats!! We've been cleaning out a few duplicate/spam accounts lately so that has altered the count slightly, but we're still over 5000. Wow, yeah... a whole year without home page updates. My bad there... I give permission to anyone that would like to rub that one in during any of our Vibe meets this year. if 12/31 was Posts: 288388 (272487 recent, 0 archived) and 3/11 is Posts: 300446 (283521 recent, 0 archived), that that is roughly 12,000 posts in ten weeks, or 1200 posts per week. That's non-trivial to read

Better hurry. Pontiac sales count will drop off quickly when the doors close. Then again, GM could bounce and reconsider, right?
