I got mine in on time and now I have to wait till the 31st to see the rest of 'em... that sucks because I want to see what everyone else did. Don't miss this deadline too!!!

Set the mode to indexed color with 5 colors (4 + background). . It doesn't look as great on the screen b/c there is no antialiasing, but, screenprinting tends to blend everything a bit anyway.Hey Mike - For those of us who got our entries in by the first deadline, can you tell us, or email us if we didn't meet the criteria so we can fix it up for the next deadline? It would really suck to have met the original date, Then get disqualified because of some little format issue. Thanks Danielle

I agree... please let us know if there is anything we need to fix if we got ours in on time, since we have a few more weeks now. I would hate to be disqualified at the last minute.

Sorry folks, I missed it again. I tried to get something done (you can see some of my attempts incorporated in my signature) but in the end, tying to find work won out and I ran out of time. You all have to right to flame me to death if I messed it up for everyone because there weren't enough submissions. Sounds like there were plenty of entries though.

Damnit that pisses me off....I had the perfect idea but today was the last day for submission.....*sigh* it really does suck not owning a digital camera.....I would have had to wait for my film to develope. Well anyways, if any one wants to steal me idea here it is....I had taken a picture of my Vibe during the day next to some trees (that would be the frot image), nice and peaceful and calm....and then on the back of the shirt I was gonna put a picture of my Vibe I took with the red underbody kit on and the interrior red neons...Makes the car kinda look eviil like it was going out at night to destory all the other cars. But never mind LOL Anyone else with an unbody kit is welcome to use my idea if you can figure it out in the next 2 hours and 53 minutes. Good luck to everyone else who entered. -=Paul=-

I think #3 has my vote (when we can start voting that is). I really like the "vibe" logo on that design.

great looking entries! I have to say my favorite is "got vibe?" because it makes me laugh. but the next would be #5 because graphically, it's quite eye appealing to me. I really love the usage of the chrome guages in the background.

See, 5 is good, but very hard to read...I like #2 personally...I do like #1 as well...but I wonder if these "front" images are just left breast images, and not full size front images?

I find number 5 really hard to read too. I didn't even noticed the genvibe.com at first. But it is pretty cool to look at, otherwise.

as being one of the entries,..... i think its only right that i say i have no faves! although, mine rocks! I love the varied designs tho! its great seeing so many different ideas. I wish we had more than 8 people tho! hmmm, what does that poll say on the first page?criticism is great too! i wanna see more of it, since we can always try to improve the winning design as much as we can before it gets sent to the printing press. To be honest, I have a few recommendations of my own for every one of the entries! lol! including my own......but i was rushed to get it in, and suck at puter graphics! With only 8 entries, I think we should all give recommendations as to what can be improved, since we want people to pay money for this. But us 8 should remain quiet until a PRELIMINARY design is picked. Right? Once everyone agrees that a particular design style is good. could we not all offer opinions as to how to improve? if the artist agrees to it, then everyone wins. what do you all think?once the voting is done, i am gonna let you all know my thoughts about each entry, but i do not feel it would be good for me to say anything specific until then, unless you all want to hear it of course!good luck all

Its all part of having an opinion in the first place. They are out there for the genvibe world to see and just because you entered doesn't mean you lose your right to speak. We could have each kept quiet that we had even entered and then totally ripped apart the competition if we wanted to, so the fact that its known that you have an entry shouldn't limit what you are allowed to say, in my opinion. I think they're all pretty cool and yes, there is always something in each that can be improved. I knew by entering that I was liable to see criticisms of mine.
