First thing I would check is lug nut torque. Over-tightened lugs can cause problems like you describe.
Some shops hit the lugs with an impact gun like they're in pit row, makin' that thing squeal!
The spec is 78 ft. lbs. if you have a torque wrench and the right size metric socket.
