She's probably referring to your attempt at humor. I chose to ignore it at the time. Flame proof suit is now on. Flame away.

well, if I were to post on the open forums as to WHY I'm less participating, it would probably make things worse. So i choose not to. I have already expressed my frustrations with the way things are currently as many others. Joking aside, part of a growing site is growing pains. You will have the veterans and you will have the noobs. If you think that what's currently going on is that bad, then I would welcome you to the other car forums with 20 times the members and what happens there. My legacy forum alone has over 20K members in 3 years. If you want to see some noob roasting I can show you some links. LOLPeople are frustrated with the site. That should be obvious at this point. Hopefully it will pass, but either way, the admins and mods should be paying attention and perhaps some good will come out of this whole fiasco and mess. Perhaps those who are frustrated will also be able to see how their reactions and voices affect everyone else too and the general feel of the site. I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and in the end good things will come out of any situation, even if they aren't exactly what you were hoping for.

Oh I know that this site is tame compared to some sites. I prefer it that way. I think most people who stay, do prefer it that way. I just don't think there's any need to be like this, and before ANY flaming starts, we try to stop it. Thats all I'm saying.

All these let's bash the people who couldn't make it to the meet leaves a sour taste in my mouth... Life happens! I had full intentions of coming to the meet, then something happened with my family... or soon to be family, I'm not about to ask my family to work their schedule around my life, and I'm sorry if that's a problem. I posted well in advance that something came up and I could not come... NO ONE NOTICED!!! No one noticed a lot of people back out. There should have been some kind of a recount before hand. People don't show up to meets, it happens all the time, people don't show up to a lot of important things.Shame on you, thinking you know what is happening with our lives, or think you know us.I'm done.
