Don't know how you get through it all, in California. 70 at lunchtime! I got up today around 7 am and it was 14. By the time I went out to clear the new snow off my driveway it was 10 and really windy. It was 2 above zero a little while ago and even windier. At least we almost get to see real Winter weather here once in a while.

I talked to a family member who spoke with another family that is in Florida until April and what I was told is that the farmers can not pick their crops fast enough due to the cold weather in FL.

Ah yes, with out fail there will be a news story once a year about the strawberry farmers and orange growers fighting the cold and how they have to freeze the crops to save them... the blueberry farmers are laughing because their crop actually needs the cold to the the berries ready to pick.

wow I didn't think Tampa Florida will get this cold. That's pretty crazy. It's also unusually warm for us right now. It got to the 80 degree mark today and I had to use my a/c =/

LOL For the past few days / weeks I've been waking up to a lot of frost completely covering the car - makes me feel like I'm back up north! I'll go to take off the cover in the mornings, and when I get home in the afternoon/evening and put the cover back on I've still got all the snow inside! In Tampa we've had lows in low 20s and highs in the 40s the last couple of days. A friend of mine up in Tallahassee told me they've been in the mid-teens for lows!
