oh I love Taurus SHO's!!! they are my dream car since I was little! but i have only sat in the back seat of one My vibe runs great until it hits the gov. at 116-118mph

Well it wasnt the need for speed but i was getting onto the freeway last night to drop my buddy off and figured id open her up.. so by the time i was in 4th i had hit 80 MPH so i shut her down.Sounded nice though

3rd gear will go to at least 100 MPH. It turns 6k @ 100 MPH in 3rd gear.

maybe my Vibe is different but when I run at the track and reach third gear... I'm at red line by the time I cross the 1/4 line and I'm only going about 83MPH... of course I'm not bouncing off the rev limiter either but I'm at least 6000RPM.

Autos only have four.

mavrik's got a 5spd... i need to take mine to the track to see what kinda numbers i'm puttin up, then go again after a few mods
