I'm a coke salesman, pepsi is for rotting your teeth and cleaning battery terminals. It has also been proven to decrease the ability to have (removed) in labaratory animals (just kidding about the last one)

LoL No, Coke would be better at cleaning. It has way more acid to help eat your stomach away. j/k And my dentist tells me I have great teeth and I drink Pepsi all the time.

Deluted coke from McDonalds isnt too bad. It doesnt taste like Coke.

Wonder how long we'll have to wait for altezza's for the Vibe. Guys in my club are still waiting for the ones they were told would be out for the GA's....over a year ago.

You know, I really liked the clear lens thing at first, and when the Nissan Altima came out with them last year they still looked great, but now all of a sudden they just seem so "Yesterday"!

i agree too. i liked them before, but now everyone has them. i am liking my OEM tail light alot more now, i think the red with the black outlining is nice looking on my shadow.

i am with you....... they looked ok when they were new but now everyones got them........Plus in British Columbia most of the aftermarket tail lights are illegal... they do not meet the provincial or federal quidlines or rules..

soooo, i thought i'd wake this thread up since it's bee a while. anybody have any updates on the altezzas? (thats right i like 'em, if you don't, i don't care...seriously)

They are also selling TRD LSD. I'm not sure how much luck they'll have shipping that to the US or Canada

Hey Rob trust me these are not illegal at all. They are everybit as DOT approved as the OEM. They do provide all functions of a 'normal taillight', and the Nissan Maxima/Altima(can't remember the exact model) have a clear tail lens with a red tail/stop light and an amber signal. It's just an OEM version of an APC like product! DOT looks at funtion before form, as long as it functions within the parameters of the stop/tail/turn lamp assembly guidelines, which basically states that tail and stop must be red, and turn must be amber or red, and of course must be visible at a certain distance from the rear! The only thing to watch out for on these cars is the side view. Because the vibe has no seperate side markers, the taillight(red), and signal must be visible from the side as well. Notice the window on the side of the front signal to allow people from the side to see the light flashing! I have sold these to lots of cops by the way and have never heard of any problems! Maybe you have some info I am unaware of I would be glad to see it, as it would be helpful to me in my work! Or you can call me at the Chilliwack Lordco!!

thats one thing that pisses me off. I cant drop the clutch and take off at high rpm's in this damn one legger. maybe ill get a lsd depending on how much it is.

Yeah, even with the 17's, my car slips bad. I try to avoid too many attempts, but once in a while it just can't be helped. I don't look for the LSD to be cheap, but it might be nice to have. OK, really probably should continue this thought elsewhere though. This thread was for altezzas.

I like the chrome accents for the rear lights. adds something unique to them. i also like the front aero bumper/grill combo. wish they would ship it to us.

Ahh...thought you were looking for the chrome tails.What's different about that bumper besides the grille?

well, since the hood i'm getting doesn't quite match the lines of the mid section of the bumper, this would elminate that prob. but.... only if it were priced reasonably.

I love it how it squeels aroud corners, I always show off leaving school parking lot....next day in school everyone says my car is awsome and they think it has alot of power! yeah I agree drunken. i'll bet carbon fiber would look great on the Abyss (which is what I have) since it would match the car's color sort of. Now after these get made, all they need to do is start working on some body blasted body kits

The carbon tails have clear covers, but the part that conects the lights is carbon fiber, so tinting it wont have the same affect. Besides the fact that what ever I try to spray turns out crappy

I would really love to see either the euro or the 3d retro tailights. i hate the stock tailights!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who knows. I've learned with my Grand Am not to always believe companies that say that they're bringing something out. Sure wish they would bring them out, though.

I re emailed APC. They no longer have plans to do any R&D on the Vibe........ So I e-mailed Sonar today. They are the manufacturer of the taillights you see on ebay for the Matrix. their office is in Taiwan so I don't expect to see a response for a day or two due to the time difference. Keep your fingers crossed. I still have hope. OK not really......

I think everyone should get together and start emailing APC about the retro 3d's and show them there is a demand for them. My neibor has them for his Civic Si and they are sweet. Some Carbon Fiber ones would look awesome on my two tone lava.

Has anyone seen a Matrix with these things on in your area? I havent.
