This thread is funny because it started a coulple of weeks ago!Today I went to the place I call "use to be taco bell"...it is in the old taco bell building. It is now "Alejandro's" or something. The flour tortillas are thick like the homade kind. I had a burrito:Shredded beef, green chilles, rice, beans, onions, cillantro, tomato, cheese, and sour cream. ..It was a good mix!

I had a chickpea salad sandwich (think vegetarian chicken salad, same stuff, only with chickpeas in it instead of chicken) on a Sara Lee bakery style bun (those things rock), Mike Sells green onion potato chips, a Little Debbie cake, and Island Fruit 7up Plus.

It is really good And easy to make too, though I definitely recommend purchasing a potato masher (if you don't already have one) since you have to mash the chickpeas and it gets a little tiring to mash them with a fork...takes a while too. Maybe I should post it in the recipe thread, if I can find it.

I had a good lunch today Gotta love coupons for a FREE lunch from a really good place to eat... I had an Earth Day bagel from the Bagel and Deli shop uptown, which is a sunflower seed bagel with veggie cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, and sprouts...very good. And I finally fulfilled my Sun Chip craving too.

Mmm, good stuff...I always liked Jambalaya when I ate meat...don't ever make it in the microwave though...my dorm room smelled like shrimp for weeks! And people would walk by in the hallway and comment about it...that was pretty funny, but I did get sick of the room smelling like the Fulton Fish Market.
