We can't give you a rope as that'll give you a means to hang yourself. We should relocate the Ohio meet to your place and help you out with all that crap! Sounds a bit rough to deal with... Hang in there though. Just think of all the "special" brownies you can bake once everything is all said and done!

I initially mis-read this and thought it said "martial" bliss... kind of like martial law. Wonder what gave me that idea?? Well, anyway... marriage isn't so bad... The warden...er..um..I mean, the wife (oops, another freudian slip) sometimes allows time off for good behavior.

Congrats to you!!!You know, I don't know why people feel they have to follow the gift registries, I never do. I give gifts that I know the couple won't get from anyone else. As an example... For one of my friends, I went to a winery in the area and purchased them a wonderful bottle of wine and wine glasses. I then had then wrapped up and told them that they could not open it until their first anniversary (I checked with the winery to make certain it would be okay for a year). In the mean time, I gave them a $50 gift card to Home Depot. It was a thoughtful gift and one they enjoyed during the year and on their anniversary. I got a thank you note a year later for the wine.Good luck to you and your new bride. And, if all else fails, you could always start your own bake shop with all of the bakeware!!!!!

AGH!!!! 3 days, wow that snuck up in a hurry. At 4PM today, I get to enjoy a 5 day vacation from work, that is SWEET. There is only 2 things left to do, final fitting for and pick up the tuxes.I'm still not nervous, everyone keeps asking if I'm nervous. I'm sure I will be the morning of, but I'm more excited than anything. Now that I mentioned about not being nervous, I started to pucker....... OK, now I'm getting nervous. DAMN.

She didn't want a bachelorette party, intead of going to the titty bar, the guys and I went golfing and drank our weight in alcohol. It was a good time and it was much cheaper. Luckily, I am back up and running health wise except for the stuffy nose, I have the market cornered on snot. And yes, it is just a formality, I did have another short bout of nervousness when trying on my tux yesterday, but it's all good now, tomorrow, I'll be nervous, I know it.Thank you to everyone for the well wishes.

My mouth still hurts from smiling so much, both because I had a great time, and all the pictures. The reception was a blast and people could not stop complimenting us on the food and music (we had DJs that sung everything, they were great). I am still trying to get used to this wedding ring. So today we are going to Kennywood with our families as a little day after party. If you've never heard or been to Kennywood, it's really fun.
http://www.kennywood.comThere will be about a bajillion pictures, I'll post a link when they are ready, it will take a while. Thanks again to everyone for the well wishes and maybe Mr. and Mrs. Poopypants will have to come to next year's Ohio meet together.
