Yeah, I used to always get paperback cause I was cheap, but hardcovers last much longer and are something worth keeping. I've been getting all the HP books in hardcover so my son (now 2) can enjoy them when he gets older.

It may not be $15 for long though...not sure what the older ones go for now in hardcover but I know the list price is $29.95.

I need to get the first 3 in hardback yet and they were selling for the same price as book 6.

That's been the same pattern when books 4 & 5 were released (i.e., boost prices of earlier books due to demand).Got Book 6, but won't read it until we've read books 1-5 all over again (it's a tradition @ the Zuben household...)

Last night I get home from work for a couple hours of Harry Potter time. My wife and I read it to each other so we don't have to fight over who reads it first.Well I get home and she proceeds to tell me she jumped ahead a couple chapters and read a couple pages. Then proceeds to tell me what she read.Of course I'm pissed now. She's like are you mad at me. Hell yes I'm mad at you. I wouldn't of cared if she didn't tell me what happened.GRRRRRRR
