It's $1.179/L here... that works out to around $4.45/gal or so... and we have pretty much the cheapest gas in Canada!jimincalif wrote:$4.77/gal in SoCal.

Gas prices are definitely dropping, I've seen it go down $0.20 in the last week. Due to impending election!? 
Either way, I'm glad I can take advantage to refill soon (I've been on empty and not driving my car for the last three days or so due to laziness and availability of second car)

It was $3.34 here yesterday, as I usually buy gas on Monday or Tuesday. Last week it was $3.73. Almost a $.40 drop in a week, just weird.

Well it's almost down under $3.00. Tomorrow I bet it finally drops below that amount. Here's where it stood all day Tuesday around the Toledo area

I got it for $3.08 Saturday. It jumped back up to $3.29 overnight.

It's been going down around here too. The gas station in downtown Sandwich that I pass everyday going to and from work that used to be a Citgo is now a Shell. It's currently at $3.53 there. It seems like it's been dropping at least a few cents everyday. My mom's Vibe will probably need to be filled up at some point this coming weekend, so it will be interesting to see what it is at the Citgo we always go to...

Prices have been dropping in Cedar Falls, as well. It's down to $3.49 for premium. I like the trend that we're seeing. It was $3.54 on Tuesday afternoon.

Well the other day, as I suspected, it finally dropped down to BELOW 3 bucks/gallon Haven't had time to get on the past couple days. The price today was even lower ...... $2.96. This will obviously be short lived as the election is coming up and will halt the downward spin of prices PLUS the Hurricane that is suppose to hit the east coast soon will have refineries shutting down production. This means we ALL pay more

So seeing how I finally had to put gas in my Vibe (only been 125 days since the last fill-up ) It costs me 3.39 at the local station down the street from me. The west side of town is ALWAYS .15 to .20 cheaper. Same station & brand BUT less expensive.
