ok, so i am seriously considering getting a tat on my right shoulder blade. just something small and not too big.... i'll let you all know if/when i do it.

allright so i am thinking about getting a tat it is this design. what are your thoughts it is a nittany lion logo over a scuba flag. i want the nittany lion logo but i want it to be a little more original so i decided to put the dive flag behind it i am also debating between shoulder and calf placement . what do you guys think?

i have 2 tats, 1 is on my left arm from my elbow up to my shoulder it says lumpcus, that 1 is still a work in progress though. The other is a devil tat that i got when i was 15.

what does lumpcus mean?

it's been my nickname for the better part of 8 years. Has no meaning, was a name my long time friends gave me.

I have 2 10 gauge black steel captive ball earrings in my left ear, and I don't think I'm allowed to show the other piercing. (J/k )A friend of mine had a corset piercing, meaning she had 6 barbells in her lower back that were pierced an inch deep into her skin. Another friend of mine had a key and a heart on his arm, his fiance has a lock and a heart right above her crotch.

this one's been dead for a while, thought i'd wake 'er up amidst all the drama.i now have 8 and am dwindling on getting another tonight! i am debating which to get first; a dragon w/a tail that will rap around my demon or the word "clown" in some funny letters that i found on a jackson pollock painting.hey, if anyone can draw well, or has a pic that they think would make a good tat, let me know. you just may influence the way i look for the rest of my life!

I got a recent addition as well: I got a black star with two Japanese characters both sides of it, the tat's on the inside of my left wrist. I'll post a pic when I can.

I think professional piercers use 14ga for lobes usually. But "gunned" piercings (done at Claire's or Wal-Mart, etc.) are typically 16 when they start out, but regular earrings are usually 20ga so the holes shrink over time. Mine were pierced at the mall when I was 8 years old and I didn't wear any earrings at all for a long time but they never closed up. A few years ago I bought some 16ga circular barbells and then switched to 14ga a month later, which is what's in them now. From what I've read with others experiences as well as my own it seems like 16 is where most people start stretching at since it's relatively easy to get in the smaller hole.
