Got about an inch or so of snow this morning. Made the drive to work pleasant actually. snow makes studded tires quiet and I drove towards a full moon.

We have about 6" on the ground now..kinda nice since the past few winters it hasn't snowed until x-mas eve. Being below Zero without snow is just wrong!

We have had a light dusting here. My house is about 6,000 ft. The ski resorts here are getting dumped on. Northern Utah is just going nuts with all the snow, but not me.

NO! Not yet! Normally I don't mind, but I need to mow my lawn one more time before the snow hits. I'm going to try for tomorrow, and it's supposed to be like 31. I don't think I've ever mowed my lawn in a coat, scarf and mittens!

Well.... let the snow come... The payment for the snow removal company has already been made which means I just have to sit back and watch them take care of the 2ft of snow in my driveway every morning this winter... Money well spent.

At the old man's for Thanksgiving... It's Red Deer so I should have known that this was going to happen...Fall??? There is no fall in Alberta, it goes from Summer to Winter with nothing inbetween. And let's not begin with the boring straight roads...

These people are sick. 38yrs of cold, weathered, BLEEDING hands, bundling up so I can't feel anything, road salt rusting out the frame of my car, and shoveling it all out of the way just to have it snow again, or worse!! So that it melts into slush a few hours later then freezes into bumpy, uneven, dirty ice that same night. That was certainly enough for me and the rest of my life.

Still waiting for our first REAL snowfall here in NW Ohio. It sounds like it will happen Sunday night for sure. Only 1-3" though You guys to my west are getting the brunt of it before it "clips" my territory. I sometimes have to work outside in this weather so I'd rather be down south for these colder months. Still tolerating it for now. That could change in 10 years or so when I contemplate retirement

I just looked out the window and it is REALLY snowing here. Two hours ago the roads were clear and no snow. Now? Already two-four inches, just from looking out my window. I really am looking forward to leaving Minnesota for the west coast...

11" inches so far. I just got into work and had to go thru a 2 foot pile left over by a snowplow at the end of the drive. Cut thru it like Buttah! Thank god for AWD & Snow tires. I'll take some pics when I leave.
