A friend of mine bought an Oldsmobile Trefeyo with a giant engine, internally and externally supercharged, and it has a completely digital dash. It'll look awesome once it's been cleaned up and serviced I can take pictures of the car and engine if anyone wants, but like I said, it's been sitting a while and needs cleaning badly.
Wonder how the dash runs... i've seen a few all-digital dashes that actually lag, not having a smooth speedo that keeps up with accelleration...I'd be interested in those pics tho!

I'm about to shower up and head over to his house. I'll get the pics for you then. Be warned though, in it's current state the car is a mess. It's basically a project car but MAN it'll be a sweet car when we get done with it (You'll see what I mean when I get the engine pics in )

It did a pretty good job, no lag that I noticed when I drive it from time to time.I wanna see pics too. I have never heard of this car so I am curious as to what it looks like.
If anyone remembers the Olds Tornado, it was based on the Trefeyo but was killed on the power. The Trefeyo that my friend bought can supposedly hit 190 mph (I haven't seen it yet, so I'm still somewhat skeptical)
a friend of mine had a trafeyo, it was the last year they made them... it was a pretty cool car, he had the 3.8L V-6 in it, so that thing could have run forever. It even had a built in radar detector, but his computer was on the fritz, so it didn't work.... then he was run off the road by a snow plow and totaled it.

my cousin' had a trefeo, '93 i think. im sure it was a nice car in its day, but the cpu was before it's time and was all screwed up. the speedo was very slow to read the actual mph, it had all kinds of message errors and crap. it had nice leather seats though (back when it was new)

I took some pics on my digital camera, but they didn't turn out well. I'll post them when I get back to my house (No card reader at my friend's house). I'll update with better pics when I can get them.

Ah yes,the Trofeo,b**tard son of the Toronado, ranks right there with the Cadillac Allante.Plagued with the dreaded "electrical problem" message on the driver information center.A real pain to work on.I don't recall them with a supercharger, but it is possible. All of them I have seen have the regular old 3.8 liter. The electronics are a nightmare to diagnose, but the touchscreen radio-a/c control-info center was neat.
