I just noticed that all the Cold Air Intakes on Ebay including Cosmo Racing are identical. They are obviously made by the same manufacturer. The only difference is that some charge high on the item and low on the shipping and the others vice-versa. Check these links and decide for yourselves.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...38634h ... rs...=6763
Shoot what the hell so you need instructions for with all the great people on here I am sure that they all install pretty much the same as an Injen or TRD. I am still leary about CEL's though with some of them and the listing that they use on Ebay is kindof shady as far as the what they desribe which engines you can use them on. I have contacted Cosmo and they seemed petty helpful with there stuff. I am thinking about going with them as I don't see the real benefit of going with Injen or something like that. I can save 100 bucks and if I dont' like the filter they send I will get a K and N. They are all shaped the same and they do the same thing so I don't see the dyno differences that one from the other is going to have. Just my opinion. Later
Mike2004 Vibe GT Abyss two tone, M/T, power package and 17's.
I just got a Cosmo and the filter is just like a K&N, they even recommend a K&N filter charger kit to oil the filter in their instructions. I think like everything else in this world, you pay for a name in a lot of cases. No CELs have been reported by any Cosmo users so far.
I need help! I am buying a CAI system. It says the short ram air CAI is for GT...will it work with a base Vibe or do I have to get the base Vibe CAI system. I don't see why ou could only use the short ram air on the GT.
the gt and base models are diff. the gt has an extra vacuum hose the base doesn't. i know you can't use the base on the gt, but not sure about the gt on the base.... ??? maybe madbill or one of those guys will be able to help out.
