I was checking out the same question, and the answer is no. Some receivers can be used in the car and at home. Hopefully this changes in the future.My original post was for the yellow Vibe they use to show off their service

Yes you can add up to 4 additional receivers to your account (for a total of 5 per account). It's just $6 extra per month, per receiver. Your other option is teh Delphi SkyFi, which allows you to set cradels in cars, your home, and even in a boombox. My room mate bought the Skyfi one, and he loves it. Has both the car and home kit. Radio in Flint Mich totally sucks, so it was a good investment for him
