My air flow directional knob was stuck in defrost position and finally I got it to work, but now the light is out..
Where is the bulb location or how do I replace it?
Thanks
You will probably need to remove all of the trim around that, including the 12v/110 panel below the HVAC knobs. Not sure if you can reach down inside with the radio removed.
OK , so I got everything apart and it wasn't too bad.
I got the bulb out too and it's burned out..
What is the correct part number for the bulb ?
Wonder how much are they...
By the way radio doesn't have to be disconnected to do the job...
I don't recall the bulb number - I'm certain another of the forum members will chime in. I suspect it's the same as the ones for the instrument cluster, so a quick search might help, so you can at least compare .
Ok the job is done ,bulb replaced ..
part # from Toyota 90010-01122 / $ 7..
GM only sells the hole unit and tried to tell me the bulb is hard wired...LOL..
I informed him that is funny because I have the bulb in my hand..
Anyways the local Toyota knew what I am talking about and had it in stock..
Takes 20 minutes to do the job..
Thanks to everyone for the help...
