To enjoy it you must like "very loud music" and huge crowds and confused traffic . And usually it is a challenge to find a place to pee.
And the parking enforcement tow trucks are very busy and the stop light/ speeding camera,s are flashing repeatedly.

It helps a lot if you can just stay drunk and of course don,t drive.
