TinyHulk's 2005 Vibe, "Bailey" - 1 year ownership update

Post by TinyHulk »

Hey guys!

It's almost spring so I decided to put my brand new summer rims on. A set of RSSW Velocity wheels that I powder coated gold.
They look very good with black lug nuts, pleased with how they turned out.

Mods done to my Vibe in the year since I've gotten it:
Heated seats
USB cabin charger
6inch light pods
Sony XAV-3000 Carplay head unit
110db horn
All fluid flush, coolant, power steering, brakes, etc.
Rotors and brake pads
Valve adjustment
Ceramic Coating (once paint chips had been filled)

Thanks for reading! Truly happy with my little vibe, not bad for a first car.

Very clean looking Vibe. Has it been treated with Krown or Rust Chek? You Canuks up there seem to like doing that treatment to your rides. Well worth the investment I must say ;)

Looks very nice!

Valve adjustment: there aren't many who do a valve adjustment on these engines. did it make a difference with yours?

Very minor if any difference.
Mine were just barely out of spec.

No I haven't, but I've had her up on a lift and done a full inspection... Can't find any rust but I'll look into it!
Thanks!
