I hope the third time is IT!! No more!!!

Post by trb »

My daughter called me several weeks ago to tell me someone backed into her new Rogue. She was not happy, but at least it did not look too bad. Plus the girl left her name, number and an apology for it. Those kids at Texas A&M sure are upstanding honorable kids. A friend's son's truck got hit and he got a note about it too.

Just a couple of chips on the bumper cover and a crease at the corner of the light.

This is where she parked, at the end of the row in a spot where she thought no one would hit her car.

So I took it to the same place that repaired my son's car. The light was also cracked so it needed a new one - ~$300 OEM!

Painting away!

All repaired and back like new!

That really sucks Thomas :(! I'm glad to hear that it wasn't too bad though. I am also very pleasantly surprised to hear that the person at least left a note with their info and an apology.

glad they left a note, there is a school near my house and i sometimes have to park on the road and twice i have looked outside to see a vehicle parked behind my car but used it as a point of reference. Here we are required to have front mounted license plates, both times i noticed a vehicle that close there were new bolt indents in my bumper, i left them notes thanking them for kindly removing some of my paint haha
