Here is mine; left to right- my daily driver 2006 base 5 speed, daughter's 2004 AWD and wife's 2006 FWD Auto with all the fancy push button stuff.

It was your sig line that inspired me to take and post the photo. I am in Cabot, Arkansas. I was a Toyota person when it came to cars for the kids, but the Chev Prizm and Pontiac Vibe are just Toyota in disguise, actually I think the Vibe looks better than the Matrix. Well the youngest daughter has totaled two cars out in the last year, as the insurance came in I got Vibes as replacements. No we did not give her a Vibe she got the 1999 Corolla hand me down, if she kills that one and I can afford the insurance after three claims I will get her a Vibe too. I still stick to Fords for a truck and the Toyota Camry in the driveway is my son's. Well the best thing is they are all paid for. The 2006 Base with the 5 speed manual gets 36mpg, the wife's 2006 auto gets around 29 to 33mpg, the oldest daughter's 2004 AWD gets 29 mpg. I shopped high and low for a long time and bought each at a very good price because it doesn’t say Toyota was able to buy them for much less than a Matrix was going for. For a good reliable small car they are just what I wanted. Besides all the other research I noted when I looked around junk yards around here I don’t see any Vibes.tpollauf wrote:Welcome to GenVibeYou have outdone me as I too have THREE Pontiacs but only two of them are Vibe's
Don't get me wrong, when I get a chance to drive the wife's G8 GT ........ I do
Also two with no front plates
And yours has the manual 5-speed like mine
