Fix for No A/C and No Blower at any speed.
I started by opening the owners manual and looking for a blower fuse or something like that. That was a big mistake because the owners manual does not show all the fuses in this car.
The fuses it does show do not include any amp/size labels. Great manual GM/Toyota!
I will stop my rant and provide a solution (Why this happened still ticks me off. Cheap undersized wiring harness/Fuse box).
If you look under the dash on the drivers side you will find the fuse box (With extra fuses not shown in the manual).
There is a larger green square 40A fuse not shown well in the photo and hard to reach without needle nose (Look at the right edge of the photo ).
A meter test will show that the fuse is good and has 12V on both sides, but do not be fooled.
The fuse is not usually blown, its melted. You can not tell the fuse and the fuse box are melted together until you try and remove it.
When you remove the fuse, parts of the fuse box housing around the fuse will crumble.
Once removed you will see the fuse is burned bad from heat. Surprisingly the metal blades/contacts in the fuse box metled socked looked ok.
I purchased a new fuse for $5 and installed it. Now my sqeaky blower motor works at all speeds again and my A/C button turns on.
NOTE: There is a plastic cover clipped over most of the fuses, the photo shows the fuses after the cover has been removed.
