Creak noice

Post by VforVIBE »

I've noticed recently, when I turn the wheel at low speeds, the steering column creaks. Anyone know what's going on or how to fix it? Edit: and I didn't spell noise correctly.

it should be in the engine bay on the drivers side, most likely need a flashlight to see it, it's farther down and probably underneath the airbox tube that runs from the box to the throttle body..you might even have to go underneath the car to get at it

Did you check your power steering fluid? Is it possible it's something entirely different, like the brakes?
