03 Vibe AWD.. flywheel cracked twice in 2 months?

I have a 2003 Vibe AWD and a while back it started making a ticking sound from engine area... turned out to be a crack in the fly wheel.. so mechanic friend replaced it and it ran great for 2 months and all of a sudden it started making that same sound again.. took it bac to the friend and he says something is causing the flywheel to crack... anyone have any suggestions or answers? Oh and this is a replaced engine... my engine blew 2 years ago... and now the oil pressure is high... i was told its called a blow by??? any answers will be greatley appreciated!!
