will be looking into upgrading to the Bi-Xenon HIDs sometime this year and i would like to know where and what are the best places to buy and kits out there are?(Keith! where are you!?!?!?!)
Try DDM Tuning, Cole. They offer Apexcone (quality) kits at very reasonable prices, however their shipping can be a little slow, so don't be in a hurry.

I can't compete with the pricing for plug and play HIDs. DDM tuning is the normal place people have been getting them from. Though in the past year I have been hearing horror stories among the retrofit crowd to their quality/service.

yea im jus lookin for the plug an play systems for the time being and id love to get a set of your retro fits keith but i dont have the disposable funds to get a pair... as much as i like them....
One thing you will NEVER hear me say is you "shouldn't do this or that" it's your car your money. I may however, enlighten you to facts of things you may not be aware of from time to time.I understand most can't afford the cost to do a retrofit. I will never knock those who don't do it, don't feel like your hurting my feelings. LOL

Though in the past year I have been hearing horror stories among the retrofit crowd to their quality/service.You would have to say that cause I think you jinxed me. Ever since I saw this post from you I have been having some difficulties with the Apexcones I bought from DDM well over 2 yrs ago.Yesterday the left headlight was out and I drove to work that way. I had a little time so I switch them off and then on again and both lit.Today the RS refused to ignite... until I switch them off and on again. It has been kinda' cold for Texas in the morning (mid-high 20's) and we had frost on the windshields, but they have been installed for well over 2 yrs now w/o any problems. The fogs still work fine... first time every time as they say.Even back then DDM's shipping and communication wasn't good, but they're product and prices were (about $75-$80/kit.) They have since come down in price so I don't know how they managed to do that unless the quality has suffered, but I'm sure they are trying to compete as best they can w/the $25 kits made in China... w/ballasts that are said to last 6 months at best.

Check for corrosion at all the plugs. Add some dielectric grease to all the connections and do a few dozen plugin/unplug cycles to clean up the male/female connections.
